Kinda short to be a holocaust. Maybe I'll add more later. Or I won't! This bitch is like poetry.

You've compiled my love of proper haiku form with verbally degrading someone. Thank you.

True, the shield might block the occasional sword blow. However... “If I were to pick up this cowering-plate, I would have to put down my second sword,” a Scotsman thinks. “And surely that is madness.” -- Team Fortress 2

Like your terrifying horse story, I showed this one to all my friends and they cracked up. Brilliant!

My dad edits a haiku magazine, I'll have to pass this on to him and see if he gets a chuckle out of it.

This was quite fun to write, and I'm glad others like it. Thanks for sharing it about!

Hmm, imagine the haiku could evolve into a creature like this...this is like the 0.01% squiggle which survives in commercials selling surface cleaners, that resides on the radioactive rocks of Adult Swim and the cynical fap-seas of 4chan. The modern insult, like a toss of the hair, is very brash and challenges the traditional form to its very core. The contrast here between old and new delivers a special kind of impact not found in your second haiku of this series...and it's enough to send this one over the edge to a silver star's impalement...

Its elemental purity struck me like a silver bullet fired out of a silver gun that was loaded with silver nitrate. You know, instead of gunpowder. I guess.
