Yith and Mahoro and Minawa by *KriegsaffeNo9:iconKriegsaffeNo9:

Mahoro is busy today.  Mahro has to wash a robot cat.  Not that robot cat, just a robot cat.  A robot cat to wash by hand and scrubbing tool and Hadron collision hoozit.  A filthy filthy robot cat it is.

Minawa walks in.  Minawa is not a good thing.  "I can wash a cat!" says Minawa.  "Oops," says Minawa.  Minawa trips on a quark.  Minawa has a glass snow thing, which now drops.  Said orb sails into Mahoro.  A thousand sharp shards and fluid bury into Mahoro's imitation skin.

Mahoro didn't sign up for this shit.

But Mahoro is not a killbot.  Mahoro kills a lot of stuff, but it is not what Mahoro wants to do.  Until now.  Mahoro finds joy in imagining Minawa out of blood, or with limbs not on Minawa's body.  But Minawa's blood and such is in Minawa's body.  Minawa is clumsy, but has not lost body parts to tripping.  So far.

A plan!

Mahoro calls Gzzzrrrk'lgnmbrrk, a Yithan.  It is a good companion to Mahoro.  Mahoro and Gzzzrrrk'lgnmbrrk found companionship in films about tubular limbs doing odd stuff with girls.  Mahoro isn't normally fond of such films, but Gzzzrrrk'lgnmbrrk did its final on philosophical implications on tubular limbs doing odd stuff with girls, and now Mahoro finds much joy in tubular limbs doing odd stuff.  Gzzzrrrk'lgnmbrrk also builds kill-stuff.  It is good at doing so.

Minawa trips on a Boson and falls unconscious for such duration of Gzzzrrrk'lgnmbrrk's visit with Mahoro.  A dark plan rocks out during said unconscious hilarity--a plan that has to go down.

Minawa stands up soon.  "Big sis?" says Minawa.  "I must not not stay solitary too long!"

Minawa finds a door going down.  Minawa follows stairs.  "I can't find you, Mahoro!  Is Mahoro down in--"  Minawa trips on a notion of tripping and falls down stairs.  At stair-bottom is a hungry maw of Osmium.  Osmium fangs nom nom on Minawa.  In not-too-long Minawa is a thick goo.

"This," says Mahoro, "is a good thing."

"I concur," says Gzzzrrrk'lgnmbrrk, sipping fluids.

"Is that alcohol?" asks Mahoro.

"No," says Gzzzrrrk'lgnmbrrk.  "I don't drink too much."

"That's good," Mahoro says.  "Drinking just a bit is good for you."

Minawa's goo spins round and round.

Oh please God let this not have any more Es than last I checked.

Done by request for :iconcommodorezeke:. Hope it pleases ya! I never turn down an opportunity to liquefy Minawa.

NOBODY LIKES MINAWA
PEOPLE WHO LIKE MINAWA ARE EXPERIENCING STOCKHOLM SYNDROME

Also, because I'm a dumbass and forgot: this is a crossover between Mahoromatic (c) whoever wrote it and also Gainax, and H.P. Lovecraft's Cthulhu Mythos in the form of a friendly Yithan, who I could include because there were no "e"s in its specie name and because I damn well felt like it.

Since I'm not E Free, I'll be happy to give this a triple-threat: EXCELLENT! I love it! :) I'm happy to see Minawa turned to goo, too!

Minawa is useful for goo and little else. SO SPEAKS KRIEGSAFFE

True, the shield might block the occasional sword blow. However... “If I were to pick up this cowering-plate, I would have to put down my second sword,” a Scotsman thinks. “And surely that is madness.” -- Team Fortress 2
:iconanimatrixie:
Is it the kind of goo that can actually BE useful, though?...I mean like a fixative or motor oil?

:iconkriegsaffeno9:
Well, she's got robot parts in there. Clearly gooified robot parts can be made into useful robot goos.

Beyond awesome. To others reading this: be aware that I sent my prize request to Kriegsaffe last night. Writing an E-free story in that short a time is no man fat.

There's a lovely little irony here in that I (as you probably recalled from a previous exchange) am one of those benighted people who like Minawa. Stockholm syndrome or siscon or whatever it is, I think she's a perfectly good addition to the show. Besides, it's not a real Mai Nakahara series until Ai Shimizu shows up. All that said, however, I can always appreciate a good churning.

Well done once again. And stay tuned for a little something of my own along similar lines.

(Which robot cat were we supposed to think of?)

~commodorezeke: Now actually posting stuff!

I am reminded of an old comics maxim about killing off characters: "Every character is someone's favorite." This I first learned in an old issue of MAD Magazine showing a comic nerd throttling a writer for daring to kill Streaky the Super Cat. I understand your Minawa-likin' entirely.

I anticipate your experiment in monstrosity!

As for which robot cat, I do not know. Perhaps Cyborg Chiyo's Dad.

Is this taken from the show I think it's taken from? I can't for the life of me remember the name (something about two orphans replacing people and learning 'valuable life lessons' from it).

If so, then Minawa deserved to be liquified. She really is a pain in the arse, more so than the rest of the characters.

Mahoromatic, specifically. I don't think there was a specific rescue-orphans plot, but Minawa is a total dumbass whose sole purpose is to fall over things and repeat jokes that were just made better by better characters. Which is two things, but combine into one sucky thing with her mighty tripping powers.

Well, fuck me! No Es indeed! Is this a popular challenge, or just something you're doing for fun?
